Objective:
The fourth (and sometimes fifth) week of each month we focus on fun. At Sixtyone, fun includes being silly and having laughs. It also means enjoyment, being physically and mentally fit.
Fitness (physical and mental) is easier if all of us learn to enjoy what we have instead of moaning about what we don’t have, if we remember that doing the work is what matters.
We understand that if we do the little things, the easy things, then the big things, the difficult things will come.
