What’s more important, physical or mental fitness?

What's more important on the golf course, physical or mental fitness, or do we need both to have fun?

What is fun? How do you describe it?

Do you ever think about why you enjoy some things and do not enjoy others. Have you ever learned how to enjoy things that, at first, you didn’t like to do. If you want to be a golfer, you better start thinking about how you have fun.

Golf is not like other games in a lot of ways. One of the main differences is that the fun part if sometimes hard to find. That’s why many people don’t like to play golf. They never found the fun.

Tiger Woods once said “I smile at obstacles.” That’s probably why he’s so good at golf. How about you? Do you like doing the hard things? Do you ever think about how physical fitness and mental fitness work together to make things more fun?

Maybe you should.

Words and phrases:

Fitness, physical fitness, mental fitness, enjoyment, take your victories where they lie.

Big question:

How do physical and mental fitness work together to make things more fun?
