Who moved my cheese?

Awareness helps us recognize change and figure out a way to work with it.

Self-awareness (paying attention to what we say, think, feel and do) increases our ability to sniff out change.

Change is constant. Everything changes. That is the way the world works. We should expect change and be ready to make adjustments.

But change is hard. Change may be constant, but most people do not like it.

Take a look at the video above. It is a summary of a great story about change and how people react to it. After you watch the summary, you can listen to the full Who Moved my Cheese audio book if you like. It is not very long.

Whether you listen to both or just the summary, ask yourself. Am I a Sniff or Scurry or Hem or Haw? Most of us have a little of all of them.

What about you?

Big question/s

  1. Who are you like the most? Are you a Sniff or a Scurry or a Hem or a Haw?
  2. Which one do you think will help you find the most new cheese?
