Let’s make one thing clear. Most of you reading this are students. As students, your jobs are to study. Your work is to learn things.
However, as Mr. Rohn says here, working hard on your job is important, but working hard on yourself leads to more success.
As a Sixtyone golfer, you should have a good understanding of the things you need to do to work on yourself, to make yourself better. Sixtyone golfers don’t do a lot of things, but what they do they do well.
Sixtyone golfer practice from the hole backwards. They do the difficult things when they are easy, and the great big things when they are small.
Sixtyone golfers do the simple things well. They do the ordinary extra.
Sixtyone golfers (like Tiger Woods) smile at obstacles. They handle hard better.
So, work on your smile, your handshake, your style. Work hard on yourself. Work hard on your ability to draw interest in you.
Be attractive.
Be Sixtyone.
