ATN session: Tuesday, July 6

This is self-awareness week. Let's self-reflect, manage our emotions, consider others, recognize strengths and weaknesses, and accept criticism together.

OBJECTIVE:

The week we focus on self-awareness.

We are going to do the self-awareness challenge together as a group. Together we will learn how to use our dashboard along with ATN and Skills challenges to score buckets.

ACTIVITIES:

  1. Do the What is Self-awareness challenge.
  2. Talk about the five elements of our self-awareness practice
    • Self-awareness (reflection, strengths and weaknesses, manage emotions, considering others, accepting criticism).

BIG QUESTIONS:

  • How does being self-aware apply to being a better golfer?
