OBJECTIVE:
The week we focus on self-awareness.
We are going to do the self-awareness challenge together as a group. Together we will learn how to use our dashboard along with ATN and Skills challenges to score buckets.
ACTIVITIES:
- Do the What is Self-awareness challenge.
- Talk about the five elements of our self-awareness practice
- Self-awareness (reflection, strengths and weaknesses, manage emotions, considering others, accepting criticism).

- How does being self-aware apply to being a better golfer?
